About this song: Cassie

This song is about Cassie Bernall, a student at Columbine High School who was killed in the massacre that occurred there. It was reported that her killer asked her twice if she believed in God or not. The first shot did not kill her so she was asked again. She still said yes knowing what would happen. According to some accounts the question "Do you believe in God?" was actually asked by shooter Dylan Klebold to Valeen Schnurr, a student who survived the Columbine Massacre.
