For the F-Em-Dm-C chords on some of the “let it be” verses try F-C-Dm-C. It personally is easier and works better for me and sounds good too

Verse 2 has the wrong lyrics.
Should say "but though they may be parted, there is still a chance that they will see"

I found an alternative to F-Em-Dm-C, since it's quite hard to do that on a quick pace.
F = X55X
Em = X43X
Dm = X21X
C = X00X
