For the Fm7 chord you could use Dm which in my opinion sounds way better

Great chords, very useful. I've had this stuck in my head for a while. Although, the Fm7 sounded a bit too weird for me, so I just play an F for those parts and it seems fine enough. [Also Fm7 is really hard for me to play anyway}
