This isn't really the Donkey Kong Country 3 theme, per sé – In fact, it only plays in the GBA port of the game, and only in the game's Game Over screen. In that game, the track is officially called "Game Over". Otherwise, the song/melody is not used as a "theme" in DKC3.
The melody originates as the title song for the original arcade Donkey Kong, where the track is officially called "Title BGM". It was then reused as the opening track to the first Donkey Kong Country on SNES, and it was rearranged as "Cranky's Theme" in that same game, as well.
It would be more accurate to name your tab "Donkey Kong Country - Opening Theme" or "Donkey Kong - Title Theme", or something along those lines. I'd drop the "3" altogether.
