Stick a quick G7 in behind the G chord when it ends a line, like @ "just woke up", and then do the normal progression. After D7 in the long line of the refrain, use C to transition back into the E Am progression. That helps to smooth it out. Also, use E instead of B in every spot. It feels and sounds natural. This is the best tab for this song!
