It is possible to play this song in standard tuning on a ukulele. You shouldn't have to tune up or capo a ukulele. You just have to transcribe it into standard tuning for a ukulele. For example, a "G" chord becomes an "A" chord when you tune up a full step. Why not just play an "A" chord in standard tuning?
