Dm Dm C C G G
Evil S I yes to find a shore,
C C G G F F
A A beach that doesn't quiver anymore,
Dm Dm C C F F
Where we can crush some plants to paint my walls,
Am Am F F
And I won't try to fight in the weekend wars

Dm Dm C C G G
Was I? I was too lazy to bathe
C C G G F F
Or paint or write or try to make a change.
Dm Dm C C F F
Now I can shoot a gun to kill my lunch
Am Am F F
And I don't have to love or think too much

A A Dm Dm C C F F A A A# A#
Instant battle plans written on the sidewalk
A A Dm Dm C C F F A A A# A#
Mental mystics in a twisted metal car
A A Dm Dm C C F F Gm Gm A# A# C C
Tried to amplify the sound of light and love

(Instead of simply playing a C C at the end here, you can match the sound of MGMT if you play the riff below. Once you finish the riff, go right into the Dm Dm of the next verse.) This is the guitar riff first; I interpreted the uke one note for note, it should be correct, if not, sorry.)

Dm Dm C C G G
Christ is cursed of faders and maders
C C G G F F
Might even take a knife to split a hair
Dm Dm C C F F
Or even scare the children off my lawn
Am Am F F
Giving us time to make the makeshift bombs

Dm Dm C C G G
Every mess invested was a score
C C G G F F
We couldn't use computers anymore
Dm Dm C C F F
But it's difficult to win unless you're bored,
Am Am F F
And you might have to plan for the weekend wars

A A Dm Dm C C F F A A A# A#
Try to break my heart I'll drive to Arizona.
A A Dm Dm C C F F A A A# A#
It might take 100 years to grow an arm
A A Dm Dm C C F F Gm Gm A# A# A A
I'll sit and listen to the sound of sand and cold
Dm Dm C C F F A A A# A#
Twisted diamond heart, I'm the weekend warrior
A A Dm Dm C C F F A A A# A#
My predictions are the only things I have
A A Dm Dm C C F F Gm Gm A# A# C C

Can someone tell me how to play it, on the real song it's a not a strum but something else, I don't know ... Thank you for answering.

Quelqu'un pourrait m'expliquer comment jouer svp ? Sur la vraie version c'est pas du strum mais des aprèges je pense enfin bref (je débute pour info :p).
Merci d'avance.
