As a Japanese sound director and designer in Konami Digital Entertainment Co., Ltd., Akihiro Honda (本田晃弘) started making music for video games. He is best known for his orchestral theme songs in the Metal Gear Solid series. Honda composed the original soundtrack for "Metal Gear Solid: Portable Ops" in 2006, along with an additional arrangement track used as the game's main theme, "Calling To The Night".
