The Bohemian Rhapsody Guitar Solo (Queen) is essentially broken down into 4 main parts.

Here is part one

----8b--8------------------------------------------------
-6-----------18----18-----------------------------------
----------------------------------------------------------
----------------10------5--7---8---5--7---8---8b------

The second note in this sequence is 8 on the A string and you bend the note. You bend the A string slightly before you strike the note.
You then continue bending it and keep holding the note until the string is back in its origional position, and immediately after you strike
the same note again.

For the next note, you must be using a uke that has an 18th fret, because that is the correct note to play next, in a close pitch. You
immediately slide up to the 18th on the E followed by a 10 on the G back to 18 on the A.

Next, one of the most recognized parts of the song comes up. On the G string in this order 5,7,8, 5,7,8, 8b.
Make sue that you get a large bend on the last note, like in the song.
