The chords in "I don't wanna be you anymore" sound kind of weird, but the rest ist pretty good! :)

It sounds almost perfect, I would suggest changing a couple things though. 1. I think the Bm7 chord should be changed to B7. That little change to the C string brings out that melancholy type feel to the chorus, and I might even suggest exchanging this chord for the Gmaj7 chord that appears in the last line before the chorus. For instance in the line "ONly you know the way that I break" change the Gmaj7 to B7. That suggestion is just my opinion I think it still sounds fine the way you have it. The last thing is the "I don't wanna be you anymore" line I'm not sure why but the chords sound a little funky. I would suggest taking out the G chord and replacing with again, the B7 chord. and I don't know about the Gmaj7 chord for "anymore" it sounds a little off to me. These are just my thoughts, thank you!
