there's an alternative position for B7 where you basically do an Em but shift it up to the next string so it would be E string 2nd fret, C string 3rd fret, and G string 4th fret. it sounds very similar and is way easier!

if you are signing while playing, at "I'd just want your heart Yeah ohhh" play an am at "oh"
