The strum pattern (and it takes a little practicing is:
Pluck 3ed string ( C ) then strum: down, up, up, down,
then repeat.
P.S. you can add in one more up at the end as you change chords, what ever sounds best :) This is just one way, I will see if I can find any more.

Easy understanding tab with chords that sounds nice without being to hard to play :)
