Strumming I use is DDU-UDU for everything until the bridge, which I use DDU or DDU-UD. Then afterwards, when he says "Feeling like kids" Strum down once and down again before switching chords.

another way to do F7 is by barring off the 5th fret and putting your 2nd finger on the A string. it's a bit higher, but still sounds good. to transition from it just do a fully open chord quickly so you can get to Eb in time ! c:
