I use G7 in the "Did you leave something behind..." et cetera part. Sounds better, I think.

I believe that the G in the chorus is an incorrect chord. It should be Am6 and you should only have to lift your 2nd finger off of the D chord before it. Otherwise, I'm sooo glad you chorded this out!

Aweesome. Remember that the D is played with the bottom A string is held down on the fifth fret.
