@Josapr It's slightly easier if you play the Cm with a barré on the 3rd fred and pressing the 4th string on the 5th fred. Then, for playing the Ab just add your finger on the 2nd string, 4th fred

Really hard to do with that Ab in there, but definitely sounds right, and once you get the hang of the Cm to Ab switch, it gets much easier.
