-5 can be played very easily by basically barring the CEA strings with your forefinger the entire time and adding additional strings with your middle and ring finger. For Cmaj7 you just tilt your finger up so it's only on the A string. Very easy, sounds nice, though your fingers might cramp if you're a newbie (or maybe I've just been playing too long today ;D).
Also: in the chorus, there's an extraneous G in both lines. Should be just G-Cmaj7-G-Cmaj7... and then straight on to the Em, with no third G first.
