Ok well, it does not keep the format in this comment section, but just make sure to put the chord letter over the correct place in the lyrics in the line above.
Then when you save, the website turns the chords orange and adds the diagrams.

Ukulele-tabs.com does it all for you.
So you would just enter all the lyrics, then leave a space between each line and add the chord letter above the lyrics, like below:
