Dm is the technical chord, but alternating between Dm and F, where you'd have to find your preferences, sounds lovely

For the into I just strum the note once and then smoothly go along the string. So it sounds like Dum - da -da -da -da, Dum - da - da -da -da, and so on. I do this through twice.

For the strumming pattern:
Pluck the strings in that order: A-E-C-A-E-C-A 1x for each chord
Or if you're having a hard time to sing and play at the same time, the good old DDUUDU works fine too
