Mother, mother ocean, I have heard you call.
C baritone chordC G7 baritone chordG7
Wanted to sail on your waters since I was three feet tall.
Am baritone chordAm (Bm7 baritone chordBm7 Am baritone chordAm) G7 baritone chordG7
You've seen it all, you've seen it all.

G7 baritone chordG7 G7 baritone chordG7
Watched the men who rode you, switched from sails to steam.
C baritone chordC G7 baritone chordG7
And in your belly, you hold the treasures few have ever seen.
Am baritone chordAm (Bm7 baritone chordBm7 Am baritone chordAm) G7 baritone chordG7
Most of 'em dreams, most of 'em dreams.

G7 baritone chordG7 G7 baritone chordG7
Yes, I am a pirate. Two hundred years too late.
C baritone chordC G7 baritone chordG7
The cannons don't thunder, there's nothin' to plunder, I'm an over-forty victim of fate
Am baritone chordAm (Bm7 baritone chordBm7 Am baritone chordAm) G7 baritone chordG7
Arriving too late, arriving too late.

G7 baritone chordG7 G7 baritone chordG7
I've done a bit of smugglin', I've run my share of grass.
C baritone chordC G7 baritone chordG7
I've made enough money to buy Miami, but I pissed it away so fast.
Am baritone chordAm (Bm7 baritone chordBm7 Am baritone chordAm) G7 baritone chordG7
Never meant to last, never meant to last.

G7 baritone chordG7 G7 baritone chordG7
And I have been drunk now for over two weeks. I passed out and I rallied and I sprung a few leaks.
C baritone chordC G7 baritone chordG7
But I got to stop wishin', got to go fishing', down to Rock Bottom again.
Am baritone chordAm (Bm7 baritone chordBm7 Am baritone chordAm) G7 baritone chordG7
WIth just a few friends, just a few friends.

Play "Am (Bm7 Am)" with a full Am, then two down strokes each of BM7 and AM

Play the "(G7sus4) G7" by starting the pattern (downstroke) with G7sus4 then finish the pattern in G7

Cadd9 should just be the A string at 5th fret, don't know why it doesn't show that way
Play "(Cadd9) C" by starting the pattern (downstroke) with Cadd9 (as explained above), then finish the pattern in C
