Sorry for the delay MaikaTC, if you still need the strum pattern I suggest trying this first.

Those down strums correlate with the down beat and from there you can add up strums on every other down beat.

This is great. For the "Difference Doesn't Matter..." part, I found this works better:
C (Difference Doesn't Matter), Cm (Nobody's the Same. There are), G (no two), C (Clouds A-) , G (like in the), C (Great Big), D (Sky).

I saw this song on the show the other day and had to find it! Playing it side by side with a clip on YouTube and sounds spot on!
