the timing is a little off. i mean the chords are right, but if you play it when your tabs say to relative to lyrics, it's off

I'm gonna go ahead and agree with ShaneJack.
The chorus is:
C, G, F, C
C, G, F, C
C, G, F, C
C, G, F, C
..
And this is coming from someone who listened to the song WHILE he was transcribing the chords. If you want to play it like Christofer Drew does, use this chorus pattern and listen to the song to find out the strumming patterns and when all the pauses are in the chorus and verses.
