Trading Places Tabulatur von Powderfinger

So I used the tab converter to create this one.. it's a really sweet song. I noticed that the c string shows tuned as a D on some measures.. not really musically talented enough to figure out how to play the measure shown in standard tuning when tuned to d.. any help appreciated.
