. Of course we do see our own family and friends, but not as often strangers, as i get the impression of is more usual in other countries.. We don't have a lot of street-musicians either, actually very few in my opinion.. - hmm, what more could I tell... We have the letters Æ Ø and Å, which is a peculiar funny thing, i think.. Hmm..I should make a song with those letters...Well, what about me; I live in the second biggest city in Denmark (with about half a million people including the suburbs- woop-woop!). I got my Reno Ukulele 3 weeks ago for about 23£, I named her Elona and are loving her as if she was my first-born, which she kinda is..
I'm 25, go to school, write a bit in my sparetime, smoke a lot and always washes my hands before playing, trying to take good care of Elona.
I played keyboard a long time ago, and tried a bit with the guitar.. But with the uke, i am progressing so fast it's impossible to give up- my fingers have been relatively sore these first weeks, but playing is just so much fun! I've been using this page for weeks and had almost registered a lot of times before, and now i'm a member because of the unlikely dream to win one of those ukes (did I just drewl like another homer simpson..?), but I am just happy to get all the chords and tabs unlocked- I can hardly wait!
-And what a bonus to find so much danish music! Makes me wonder, if someone in here could help me figure out the chords for other danish songs.. Uhmm!
My bestest beginners tip: ukulelehunt.com has a great introduction for first timers, including ukulele history (I hope it's okay to link here to other pages, otherwise- sorry..! ukulele-tabs.com is of course also my No.1. page!
